Reservation Form

We strive to provide a pleasant environment/event. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone using foul language or whose behavior is inappropriate or disrespectful to our customers or employees .

We book our equipment on a first-come; first-serve basis.

To book an event you MUST :

	Fill out, sign and send in the Reservation Form and the Rental Agreement
	A 50% Credit Card deposit is also required to secure your event for ALL New Customers - Our office will contact you after receiving the reservation form with the amount.
	If Paperwork is not received 10 business days prior to event date, Please be aware that it is mandatory CASH (not check) or Credit Card payment.
